Anna Marie Schneider
Meet Anna
Anna Marie Schneider is a Luxembourg-born actress who trained at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Graz, following earlier studies at the Conservatoire de la Ville de Luxembourg.
Her stage work moves between theatre, musical theatre and opera, with appearances at the Théâtre National du Luxembourg, Oper Graz, Mierscher Theater and Kaleidoskop-Theater. Recent roles include Laura Siig in Bungee Jumping, the woman in Die Wand and Petronella Zedtwitz in Der Kirschrummel. She also develops and performs her own musical theatre work, combining acting and live music.
A trained singer and musician, Anna plays guitar, piano and ukulele and works across chanson, pop and a cappella. She performs in Luxembourgish, German and French. Her additional training includes the Meisner technique, camera acting, Commedia dell’arte and storytelling, with screen credits including Wir Überlebenskünstler and Absente Reo.
